Friday, August 31, 2018 - This wine has a deep colour of dark cherry with some red edges. The nose is perfumed with blueberry, dark cherry, blackcurrant, dark chocolate with touches of age and earth. The palate is medium weight with the lovely fruit of the best 07s and that sauvage character of great CdlR. There is a lovely persistence to this wine which appears to have unfurled with age.
