Thursday, September 13, 2018 - Drank the other night. Delicious, but became muted with a couple hours of air. Was fantastic and vibrant right out of the bottle, fruit forward but with a distinct undercurrent of herbs, leaves, dirt, general Pinot awesomeness. Shut down a bit with a decent but was still delicious with with roast chicken.

After even more time, this opened up again grandly. I had a sip of leftovers in a glass the next morning (for purely educational purposes, you see), and it was fragrant and alive again.

So, drink as a pnp or with an 18-hour decant. No half measures.
