Saturday, September 29, 2018 - Thin and very minerally, too much so. Some lemon notes. More of an intellectual exercise at this point than a sensory experience. I think the Derivative drinks best in a 5 to 7 year window after vintage. I've had them in that window and loved them. Not this one at this point in its evolution.
