Saturday, September 29, 2018 - Decanted 2.5 hours and drank over dinner. Beautiful aged Napa cab with dried fruit and herbs, mature tannins, coffee bean notes and a touch of leather on the finish. Continued to soften without losing flavor over another 2.5 hours. These are great classic aged wines.
