Friday, October 5, 2018 - 2001 - slowed for 3-4 hours. Wow!!! What a wine! My WOTN! On the nose, it was incredibly fragrant, lots of red cherries, purple plums, modest sensation of candied red fruits, salted caramel, and spices, on the palate, the red fruits are generous and nicely balanced with focused mid to back palate acidity, it also presented multiple types of spices (which is supposedly quite classic for Valentini red), tannin was very chewy, along with the balance of fruits, spices, acidity, the wine was so compact and lingering.
