Sunday, October 14, 2018 - Decanted 4 hours and was a beautiful wine. Leather, saddle, dark fruit, forest floor, earth tones, umami and sweet candy. A perfectly aged Nebbiolo from the master. Went well with meatballs and pasta. No rush - plenty left in the tank. Big fan of the Rabaja vineyard.
