Tuesday, October 30, 2018 - Last tasted 16 months ago. Initial pour was at 54 degrees with subsequent pours just above 40 degrees. Clear yellow gold in the glass. Aromas of lemon, peach, lime peel, honey and glycerin. Flavors included pear, green apple, melon and tangerine. Subtle acidity, multilevel complexity with a clean, pure medium-full mouthfeel. Texture was crisp, balanced and refined with a slightly oily note delivering a soft, elegant finish. Still young, this wine has an upside potential to develop and mature for many years to come.
