Sunday, December 16, 2018 - Purchased from Garagiste back in 2013 and still going strong. Clear, pale gold color. Very frothy, with lots of creamy mousse when first poured. Wonderful effervescence. Medium plus aromas and flavors of tart apple, tangy lemon, ginger spice, bread dough, and toast. Well balanced with fruit, acid, and bubbles all in harmony. Reasonable complexity. Very nice, long tangy finish.
