Monday, June 30, 2008 - Very light gold. Nose gives up large dose of white floral, sour lemon, and alcohol. Large mineral presence on the palate with fat body, tart fruit, alcohol/heat (really, a good whiskey-type burn) and a touch of malo-infused butter. Light and petite finish. Probably has more nuances that are beyond my palate but I just think it's too hot. Tasted across a range of temp's and it was always burning. (5+10+12+7) = 84
