Monday, December 31, 2018 - Popped and poured. Drank over 2 hours. Light golden color. Wonderful nose of brioche, nuts and a tinge of vanilla. On the plate this is has lots of texture and good acidity backing up a profile of asian pear and citrus. Really enjoyable. Should drink well for 10+ years
