Friday, January 4, 2019 - Despite being a few years past its ‘drink by’ date, this wine has aged superbly...what was once a classic Chardonnay coloring has evolved in to a deep golden hue, with complex notes of acidic fruit and some buttery/oak flavor. Opens up beautifully as well, improved with some time uncorked

3/13/2019 2:07:00 PM - Thanks for the review. I had an 03 Steele chardonnay that I had forgotten about. I had it stored at 53 degrees since I bought it. It was the WOTN. A $20.00 bottle! Figured I'd search for another 03 and found this Kistler. I'm going for it.
