Saturday, January 5, 2019 - Nose burning pepper not experienced since I over gulped a 6.5 ounce coke as a five year old - I like it! Probably waited a bit too long on this one, though perhaps time added a little complexity missing in earlier tastings I saw. A venerable 11 year old with decent body and good long finish. Unexpected in every way which is a nice departure.
