Saturday, January 5, 2019 - Origin 05-Jan-19 (Shang). PnP. Caramel and butterscotch immediately on the nose that built and built over the next couple of hours. Acidity was very evident but in this case very much welcome to balance the honeyed flavours on the palate. Powerful concentration and layer upon layer of complexity and super-long finish. Kept changing in the glass but did not fade over the evening. Simply breathtaking!
