Friday, May 16, 2008 - There is a funk on the nose of this wine that is almost like a bad fart. After that blew away there were scents of bell pepper, black truffles, bloody meat, and cedar. In the mouth the only two flavors that were obvious at this time were sour cherry and cacao nib. This was a pleasure to taste at this point in time, however, it needs time in the bottle to show more. At my cost ($42) I like the wine...but not enough to buy it.
