Sunday, November 13, 2005 - A big full bodied Chardonnay. Brilliant gold colour with straw hue. Distinctive nose, with yeast lees top note, followed by hazelnut, cashew and biscuit, followed by endnotes of fig and oak. The palate has a creamy texture, with distinctive barrel ferment character. Good length and depth.
