Thursday, January 17, 2019 - Very dark garnet colour; nose lavender, wood fire, cedar, cherry,tobacco, very elegant. In the mouth, cherry, blueberry, black pepper, firmly acid, long, but not as seductive as the nose. In all, an excellent complement to the bison hamburger.
