Saturday, January 19, 2019 - Spectacular garnet beauty. So beautiful! So wonderful! Just love the acidity and the "nerve". Impeccable balance between a delicious lip-smacking sweetness, generous brambly forest fruit and irresistibly precise acidity. A really impressive wine, especially at the price. Bravo!

12/25/2020 7:23:00 AM - With you entirely on this one, although I have been purchasing Riesling for longer than I care to remember, Spatburgunder has until recent years been thin and acidic in the main and avoided, technical advances and CC have altered all that and there are some serious PNs to be purchased from there now.
