Friday, January 25, 2019 - Union des Grands Crus de Bordeaux Tasting of the 2016 Vintage (Metreon San Francisco): Star of this flight, warm and fleshy, this has great depth of flavor, ample structural tannins, and excellent balance. Truly nice wish it were more affordable but what the heck, its only money.
