Thursday, July 10, 2008 - Nose of red current, berries, cherry. In the mouth it starts off with plum and finishes with black pepper. The plum changes to red current as the evening wears on. There's still a bit of tannin left, enough to suggest it might be even better in year or so but drinking quite well right now.
