Monday, January 21, 2019 - Zachys Grands Crus de Bordeaux 2016 (New York City, NY): One of those wow wines. I scratched my head at not having had this beauty before. It followed the poor showing of Puy Ducasse.
This one had classic Pauillac flavors. Left bank lead pencil shavings, blackberry fruit and earth. Loved it and would highly recommend putting this away for the next decade.
