Thursday, January 31, 2019 - Medium dark ruby. Muted nose at first. Bright and savory, with expressive drive. Deep dark fruit. Touch of white pepper. A pleasant bare hint of astringency. Highly enjoyable over two nights — and very promising. We will hold our remaining bottle for many years.
