Monday, February 4, 2019 - Herbal, earthy bouquet. Wine was closed at the start. Developed into herbs, plum, currant, slight vinegarish (maybe due to storage issues). Slight lingering soil aftertaste. Got better with decanting - overall balanced, with slight edges. feel the alcohol warmth at the end, with slight eucalyptus finish. Didn’t leave a deep impression but enjoyable. Leave it out for at least an hour. Feel it is past it’s prime
