Sunday, February 17, 2019 - Opened, decanted for 1 hour. Smell of smoke, I can notice the liquorice mentioned by others. Tannins have softened, wine is medium long, elegant. Had it with Papet Vaudois, which is a Swiss (French part) leek & potato stew, with a slightly smoked meaty pork sausage in it. Delicious combination.
