Monday, February 25, 2019 - Opened 3 hours before. Beautiful mature red color with no brown showing. Very mature nose with prunes and medicin cabinet dominating. Its tannins are almost gone and with only little acidity present I fear for my opinion. But with food it lives again. Good mature wine with prunes, leather, earth, metal and wood. Warm and with little "bite" I found it good to drink it at 17-18 Celsius.
