Monday, March 4, 2019 - Small tasting glass @ VINEUM during service, so a brief note. Definitely Spätlese in the nose, in the taste perhaps lacking the richness of a Spätlese and off course being Trocken, almost no residual sugar. Which makes for a very dry and tart finish...
