Thursday, March 21, 2019 - Tasted immediately after opening, then decanted for 2 hours prior to consumption. The wine is very closed- the decant helped a little. Grenache dominates the blend, but presumed Syrah lends backbone. Drinks well now, but my guess there's a lot of complexity hiding. This is one to age for at least 5 years.
