Sunday, March 24, 2019 - Well developed for this year. It is softer and creamier than year ago. Medium body, the color is richer with greenish tones. Intense pears, melon and flowers aroma that complements by the palate of ripe apples and pears with long mineral and spicy finish. Excellent lovely Chablis. Food friendly, tasted with smoked eel. Open half hour ahead. Don't cool it too much, serve 12º - 14º. Drink now.
