Wednesday, March 27, 2019 - “Everything in its place” is how Jancis put it. A nearly perfect wine. Bold components executed with precision. On day four, at room temp, it’s singing it’s denouement. Uniquely New Zealand. An uplifted zippy fruit freshness with vanilla spice integrated into slippy malo and citric acids.

Concentrated, acidic, buttery, and full of explosive ripe pear, starfruit, and butterscotch.
