Friday, April 12, 2019 - Dinner at S.K.Y. (Chicago, IL): You really have to work hard to get much on the nose -- some aged fruit and notions of mushroom. The palate is another story with aged but still round orchard fruit with some cooked mushroom. Modestly vibrant. Interesting, but well past what I'd consider enjoyable.
