Wednesday, May 8, 2019 - Delicious and lovely to drink now. I enjoyed the notes of white pepper and game that added complexity to the tasty red fruit. I kept marveling at how delicious and well-made this wine is. (These tasting notes differ significantly from my tasting notes of a few weeks ago.)
