Friday, May 10, 2019 - Served with homemade sausage pizza.
Quite consistent with previous bottle.
Dark crimson, almost opaque, consistent across the glass. Sediment showing on side of bottle.
Fruity nose, touch of black pepper, raspberry, plum.
Palate showing smooth fruit (if that is possible), a good deal of acid, very little tannin. Great finish (with a touch of chocolate lurking.
Drink up.
