Sunday, May 12, 2019 - This is always a reliable Macon - good value and with expected Macon character but not especially complex. Good mouthfeel, good fruit (with pears showing through after an hour or more), a hint of citrus, good balance with enough acidity to go with food (but not so much that cannot be enjoyed as an aperitif).
