Sunday, May 12, 2019 - This was quite an evolution, popped and poured and it was ready to go. Ripe, soft, smooth, and open, medium bodied. Oh and lest I forget sweet too.

Second day this gains firmness, acidity, and some tannin. Sheds the sweetness. I still prefer the '12,'13, and the '14.
