Monday, May 13, 2019 - Under cork 45mm 1-2mm penetrated
Colour surprisingly med dense garnet , browning on the edges 15/15
Nose Med+ intensity , dark fruits cherries plums , blackcurrants dried flowers, wild raspberry , hints of dark chocolate, cigar box earthy , smoky, mushroom, great balance and intensity 28/30
Palate med to full bodied , nice mouthfeel, elegent , aged palate , long silky finish ,getting a little lean but hey 16yo 41/44
Overall Sensational wine from an amazing vineyard “Clayvin” especially the nose , palate starting to fade , love it 9/11
