Tuesday, May 14, 2019 - Clear, medium intensity, lemon-green color.

Needed one hour of decanting before it started to open up. Very subtle and detailed style with lovely perfume. Lemon oil, green apples, almond blossom, fresh herbs, chalk dust and a whiff of wood.

Very fresh and sleek on the palate and at the same time really intensive. Crunchy green fruit, stony minerality, shredded almonds, white flowers and toasted nuts. The finish lingers on your palate for a good while.

First time I taste this wine at such an early stage and it is still very tight knit and needs several years to really show off it's full potential. But it is indeed damn tasty already.
