Sunday, June 2, 2019 - Fresh, bright, citrusy, lightly herbaceous aroma, with an almost candied quality but in a good way, and a bit of savory streak, sort of like a combination of walnut and sweat (again, in a good way). Similar on the palate - bright and fresh, with ample acidity, and nice streaks of salinity and savoriness. Characterful, enjoyable, good value. Drink now.
