Saturday, June 8, 2019 - 14.5%. The last of it's line, after this vintage there will be no more. Middle of the 3 quality levels in the Bin series. Clean, earthy, berry nose. Palate affected by the flu so preliminary notes only as everything tastes weird. Tastes very young. strong iron tannin. Back palate shot by the flu so can't say much more.
Next Day - an unevolved wine which seems to need 5-10 years to open up. Not the most fruit driven Hunter I have seen, more structural and a bit unyielding at this point. there are better 2014s out there.
