Friday, June 28, 2019 - Decanted an allowed to breathe for an hour, then followed over 90 minutes. Fruit-based wine with less structure than I recall from tasting at the winery but still very enjoyable. Light and bright enough to enjoy on its own or with the light food; don’t know this would hold up very well with heavy entrées.

Will mark my remaining bottle to be consumed by the end of 2020.
