Friday, July 5, 2019 - Euphoria Wine Club BYOB Dinner (Bakalaki Greek Taverna): This wine is full, complete power. But while I had earlier in the dinner mentioned that there’s no elegance, I take that back. On the nose a huge plume of dried flowers, liquorice, tar, and blue fruits. Intense blackness on the palate as well, perhaps even comparable to the best that Priorat has to offer. Fabulous!
