Sunday, July 7, 2019 - "Let's spend all our money on grape juice" (Chicago, IL): For some reason in my last tasting note, I wrote that no one is mistaking this for white Burgundy. Sounds like a stupid thing to say -- I'd love to put this side by side with a Roulot Meursault. There's that awesome mineral reduction here with plenty of acidic cut, as well as some white fruit and some serious complexity. Great stuff -- I should be putting this in my cellar.
