Sunday, July 28, 2019 - 100% PN from 20 y/o vines, fermented with natural yeast and aged in old tonneaux.

Already with significant improvement from my last bottle. This stunningly interesting rosé offers the impression of strawberries macerating in honey with orange zest. It's a really delightful nose. With just a little bit of air, the texture smooths, and the fun begins. I know that a wine of this caliber ought to be analyzed with the utmost seriousness, but it's so delicious that you really don't have time for all that :)

Will look to source more and hold for a few years.

1/2/2020 6:16:00 PM - I found the 2018 near me. I heard Francois is a bit of a legend from a couple different good wine shops.

I bought 6, so I popped one (figuring it was going to be too early). A very engaging rose, but needs some time though. I think in 1 year it's going to be rocking!
