Friday, August 16, 2019 - (Restaurant in Bordeaux) I've experienced a lot of bottle variation with the Clos de la Coulee de Serrant, but this was a very good bottle. Very complex aromatically, fresh with bright acidity, less oxidative in character than many other vintages and bottles. Long, complex, rich while being light, saline. A beautiful wine.
