Thursday, August 29, 2019 - Allowed to breathe in glass 1 hour. Clear deep dark garnet - blood red color. Classic notes of dusty dried black cherries, blackberries and their liqueurs, fennel, sandalwood, underbrush, hints of tobacco, leather and sage. Rich, generous, velvety, seamless. Improved with several hours of air and held up fine under vacuum stopper in refrigerator for four days.
