Sunday, September 1, 2019 - Decanted an hour. Robust and fresh with a nose full of flavours. Pepper, gariuque, herbs. green and black olives and licorice. Enticing and smooth with ripe tannin. Strawberry and raspberry flavours linger on a long finish. Round and concentrated with freshness in spades. Really on point at the moment. Fantastic. Drink now-2025.
