Monday, September 16, 2019 - bonus bottle... thought I'd drunk all of these, found one hiding last week, put it down with a bison ribeye; still in a great spot, Med+ body, still some chewy tannins, nice fruit, a bit of acidity, nice bouquet... what an enjoyable surprise! If I had more, I wouldn't be concerned over a 2-3 year horizon.
