Wednesday, September 18, 2019 - Südsteiermark, Slovenia and Collio (Friuli Venezia Giulia); 9/7/2019-9/20/2019 (Südsteiermark, Slovenia and Collio (Friuli Venezia Giulia)): Tech: 80% Chardonnay, 20% Tocai Friulano, wood fermentation, malolactic, 10 days on skins, 1 year in oak. 750ml bottle.

Light golden to yellow colour. Bit of peach and zesty citrus smell. Mellow and restrained, a touch of yeast and acid in the mouth. Refreshing high acid. Long and satisfying finish, although quite drying. No real tannins.
