Friday, September 27, 2019 - Wow, 08 Barossa showing it’s form. Perfectly balanced with fruit, roundness, soft tannin & just enough length.
Perfect with sous vide lamb shanks!
For those who still have it cellared, best you drink it now as it’s coming to its end of greatness.
