Friday, October 11, 2019 - Pure cassis on he nose, but the palate is powerfully tannic with high-ish acid (so already, this would be fantastic in ~15 years). Light herbal pyrazines, just enough to be varietally correct. Really nice, restrained style of cabernet. I would have been really impressed by this if it wasn't followed by the Monte Bello.
