Sunday, October 13, 2019 - Nose: Good integration of light pineapple, slight minerality, light dried straw notes and a little bit of sea breeze.

Palate: Juicy, slightly sweet yellow fruits, slight grass, nice minerality with a touch of steel and bitterness.There is a little bit of a hot kick on the finish.

Clear, pale yellow color. Dry but with a slight sweetness with little to not tannins. Light-plus body with medium-minus amounts of acidity. Decent finish of about 10 seconds. This was served slightly chilled. Enjoyable but nothing really catches my attention (there’s some bias here). Good effort still.
