Wednesday, October 16, 2019 - Glowing green-yellow. Rather intense lemon lime and lime zest. Notes of lemon water, lime juice, green apples, and an overall savory profile with excellent acids. Paired wonderfully with Georgian Khinkali (soup dumplings).
